How to Take Care of Houses in Astrology

Hoses have no special names to memorize. They are simply numbered one through twelve, and each house has similarities to its corresponding sign. For instance, sign number five, Leo, is the SIGN of romance and creativity in general. In your horoscope, HOUSE number five shows in particular what your romantic life is like. Astrologers probably get asked more about this house than any other.

First House: This begins with the Ascending Sign (also called the Rising Sign) at the left side of the horoscope wheel. This house shows your outward and superficial traits. It is what people see when they first meet you, as opposed to the Sun-Sign which shows your inner traits. This house corresponds to the 1st sign, Aries, which is the sign of new beginnings.

Second House: Money and possessions. But it goes beyond these. The second house also shows the VALUE you place on things, including yourself, so it includes your sense of self-worth.

Third House: Communications, and one’s style of communicating, the “lower mind” (the ability to perceive facts and communicate them), short journeys, brothers and sisters, neighbors, and anything within arms reach. This house corresponds to the 3rd sign, Gemini, the sign of communications.

Fourth House: Your home, the domestic environment in general, your early years, and the parent of lesser influence, usually the father. I’m frequently asked whether the early environment has more influence than the horoscope. My answer has always been that the formative years are shown by the 4th house. This house also shows what we become during the last third of our life. The older we get, the more we become like the sign and the planets in our 4th house. This house corresponds to the 4th sign, Cancer, sign of the home. It is also the only house where the correspondence breaks down a bit. Cancer is the sign of motherhood, but the 4th house usually indicates the father.

Fifth House: Romance and children (there is a connection), creativity, gambling and speculation, hobbies, sports, fun and games. This house corresponds to the 5th sign, Leo, sign of romance, creativity, and children.

Sixth House: Work and service, both given and received. This is not career (ruled by the 10th house) but rather your style and quality of work. It also shows health matters. This house corresponds to the 6th sign, Virgo, sign of work, service, and health.

Seventh House: Marriage and partnership. Any time you approach anyone else as an equal, you are using your 7th house, so it rules more than marriage and business partners. It rules open enemies as well. It may seem contradictory for marriage and open enemies to be shown by the same area of the horoscope, but if that’s what you think, you probably have never been married.

Eighth House: Sex, death, rebirth (in the sense of regeneration). Since this is opposite the 2nd house (which rules YOUR money, possessions, and values) the 8th house rules other people’s money, possessions, and values, your ability to utilize the possessions of others for your own ends. By extension, it rules insurance and tax matters, as well as the influence that the values of others have on you (social values). It can also indicate what influence, if any, you can have on the values of those around you, including the society you live in. As far as sex goes, the 5th house may rule romance, but the 8th house gets down to the sex act itself, your style of sex, your tastes, what turns you on. This includes any fetish you may have. Now you see why astrology readings are confidential.

This house corresponds to the 8th sign, Scorpio, sign of sex, death, regeneration, and other people’s money.

Ninth House: Religion, philosophy, higher education, “higher mind” (the ability to grasp general principles as opposed to the “lower mind” ability to perceive and communicate individual facts). In general, it shows the principles (or lack of principles) that we were raised with. Since the 9th house is opposite the 3rd, it shows long journeys (requiring an overnight stay) as opposed to short ones. This house corresponds to the 9th sign, Sagittarius, sign of higher mind, religion, philosophy, and long journeys.

Tenth House: Career (as opposed to day-to-day work), public image (as opposed to your private image), the goals of your life. The 10th house begins with the Mid-Heaven, the highest point in the horoscope. Additionally, the 10th house rules the parent of “greater influence”, usually the mother.

Eleventh House: Traditionally assigned to Friends, Hopes, and Wishes. It goes beyond that, however. The 11th house indicates how we deal with groups of people. This house corresponds with the 11th sign, Aquarius, sign of friendship.

Twelfth House: Self-undoing, psychological problems, restrictions and places of restriction, hidden enemies (as opposed to the open enemies shown by the 7th house). I know, it doesn’t sound like a nice house, but strong placements here usually increase one’s intuition.

Find Out Useful Tips of Aspects in Astrology

What are aspects?

When the angle as viewed from Earth that separates the location of one body of matter in space from another (or from the Ascendant, Midheaven or Nodes of the Moon) is close to one of various significant angles in degrees longitude, then the energies of the two factors concerned will interact at their point of intersection (i.e. the Earth). The effects of the interaction will correspond to the combination of the general natures and functions of the two factors concerned, as modified by the nature of the particular type of angle close to them. These effects will be strongly reflected in the qualities of any person born on the earth at that moment in time.

The various different significant types of angle are collectively known as ‘aspects’, and when one factor is connected to another by an angle of one of these types it is said to be in aspect to the other.

Aspect types

When the two factors are in exactly the same part of the zodiac, that is to say, separated from each other by an angle of 0º, they are said to be in conjunction with or conjunct each other. This is the most powerful of all the aspect types in its effects.

The other aspects by longitude all result from dividing the 360º circle of the ecliptic by prime numbers or multiplied combinations of those, beginning with the smallest (2). The most important numbers of circle division to create aspects are 2 and 3. In fact, these were the only ones used until the early 17th Century, when an astrologer called Johann Kepler introduced the quintile and septile series of aspects corresponding to the division of the circle by the factors 5 and 7 respectively. Even more obscure prime numbers such as 11 and 13 are occasionally used by astrologers trying to extract the last droplets of detail from a birth chart, but are insignificant for the most part.

Thus, the division of the 360º ecliptic by 2 produces an angle of 180º, known as an opposition; division by 3 produces 120º, called a trine; division by 2*2 (4) produces 90º, called a square, division by 2*3 (6) produces 60º, termed a sextile, division by 3*3 (9) produces 40º, called a novile, division by 2*2*2 (8) produces 45º, called a semisquare, and division by 2*2*3 (12) produces 30º, called a semisextile.

When the division of 360º by any particular prime number or combination of prime numbers is complete, the resulting angle is known as the base aspect of its ’series’, and it is generally given a name that reflects the circle division factor(s) used to make it.

The remaining aspects of the base aspect’s series, if any, are found simply by repeatedly adding it to itself until 180º is reached or exceeded. At each stage of addition, where the angle that results equals that of an aspect already derived from the division of the 360º circle by a lower number, it is passed over since it has already been named.

In the case of the semisextile (30º), which is the base aspect formed by the division of the circle by 12, the addition process produces the following results: 30º * 2 = 60º - already exists (360º / 6); 30º * 3 = 90º - already exists (360º / 4); 30º * 4 = 120º - already exists (360º / 3); 30º * 5 = 150º - unique to the semisextile series, so it is given a name that reflects its multiplier, 5: the quincunx. 30º * 6 = 180º - already exists (360º * 2). Any angle greater than 180º is really one smaller than 180º by a circuitous route, so the addition process always stops at 180º.

Aspect Type Influences:

The conjunction (1) blends the two energies into a self-contained unit driven to act out its urges behaviourally without compromise or adjustment to external influences.

The effects of the other aspect types correspond broadly with the balance of the prime numbers by which the circle was divided to create the base aspect from which each particular aspect type was formed, regardless of the multiplier (if any). The prime number 2 (opposition, square, semisquare, squisquare series) challenges the individual to action against resistance, causing struggle, conflict and impact; while the number 3 (trine) causes easy flow and harmony in the inner consciousness, but inclines towards passivity.

The sextile (2,3) gives eagerness for communication and new learning experiences, energizes the mind to apply intelligence and inventiveness in expressing the principles indicated, promotes objective observation and reasoning faculties, and stimulates self-exertion for benefit from the opportunities of external situations.

The novile series (3*3) is thought to describe the individual’s inner ideal; self-identification with a purpose and function related to a global or universal scheme; spiritual initiation or emergence into the realm to which the planets in aspect refer; subjective growth through sacrifice; the nurturing of energies striving to reach fruition; and even the potential marriage partner.

The semi-sextile (2,2,3) promotes the attraction of both practical, material resources and more abstract, intangible ones, but lacks sufficient energy and force to stimulate us to dynamically utilize these potential resources, demanding personal exertion and determination to this end. The interplay of two signs of different element and mode requires adjustment and causes tension. The (similar) quincunx pinpoints how we (unconsciously) unproductively drain our forces.

The quintile series (5) is associated with the use and abuse of authority; and a tendency to be very one-pointed and intensely driven in a specialized field of activity. It gives the mind uncommon insight and understanding, and the creative power to mould materials or thoughts into forms that are true to the idea they are meant to express.

The septile series (7) is touched to the ability to see the whole formative idea or principle behind a subject which to the average mind is perceived only in disparate parts; and to the capacity to receive consciousness-expanding inspiration and to apply this to the fusion of form and matter. It is prevalent in the charts of people in society exercising priestly functions, and in creative artists. It causes self-sacrifice through acts compelled by a collective or fated need.

Aspect Patterns

In addition to being considered separately as modifying influences on individual planets and points in the birth chart, aspects can be viewed as parts of configurations comprised of multiple interconnected aspects, called aspect patterns. Many of these descriptions lean on Bil Tierney’s assessment of their influences. All are applicable to the luminaries and planets but not the angles, nodes or minor celestial bodies, which do not qualify for inclusion in aspect patterns/

The grand trine consists of three planets trining each other. It inclines the individual to an easy and optimistic manner, with abundant self-confidence, faith and inspiration and a feeling of being protected, but a danger of stagnating and lacking the drive to get moving if there are not enough counterbalancing hard aspects or malefic planets tied in, and a tendency to avoid confronting difficulties.

The kite consists of a grand trine one of whose three planets is in opposition to a fourth, which sextiles the other two. This fourth planet serves as an avenue for the expression of the grand trine’s creative potential in the outer world; and the configuration thus is conducive to greater success.

The grand sextile consists of six planets evenly spaced around the zodiac forming two grand trines, three oppositions and six sextiles. This configuration increases charisma, and connects the individual to his or her environment, with an inclination to direct the varied opportunities and talents conferred by the trines constructively at aims in the outer world, often a social cause, but a danger of wasting them through lack of disciplined application.

The grand square or grand cross consists of two oppositions squaring each other, thus forming four squares. This inclines to a lack of inner harmony which seems to be reflected in limiting conditions and relationship difficulties in outer life. However, its awkward power can be motivating, and social awareness strong.

The grand quintile consists of five planets spaced roughly 72º apart from each other around the zodiac, thus each in quintile aspect to one neighbour on either side. It intensifies the drive to specialised achievement along creative lines.

The T-square consists of one planet in square aspect to one neighbour on each side, with these two neighbours being in mutual opposition aspect.

It is common in successful people. The energy of the apex planet characteristically is experienced as difficult for the individual to integrate with the functions of the two planets in opposition, continually and overtly generating tension, conflict, insecurity or blockage in their mutual association that ultimately manifests in relationship problems but will be felt especially in the area of life described by the sign and house placement of the apex planet. It has been suggested that the point opposite the apex planet, known as the empty leg, will offer clues to the resolution of this conflict by its sign and house placement, though in any solution the apex planet’s nature must be fully taken into account. The incompleteness of the configuration compared with the static grand square inclines it to energise the individual more to endeavour to overcome its conflicts.

The yod consists of one planet in sextile aspect to another, and both of these in quincunx aspect to a third, which is ideally the slowest-moving of the three, and is in any case known as the apex planet or focus planet and describes the motivation for the outer manifestation of the tensions caused by the quincunxes. These quincunxes exert pressures on the individual whose ultimate value is an intuitive confrontation with what impedes him or her from optimal functioning. Often a seemingly ‘fated’ crisis will bring on a dramatic change in outlook and direction, following which the freshly acquired consciousness may be invested in the application of the sextile to constructive social change or in personal change in the areas of life governed by the house occupied by the focal planet and reorientation in the areas governed by the house placement of its opposite point, which is known as the reaction degree.

The boomerang or closed yod consists of one planet throwing semisextile aspects to one planet on each side and an opposition to a fourth, which throws quincunxes to the second and third, these being in mutual sextile aspect. It is thus in effect a yod with a planet on the reaction degree, known as the reaction planet, which is thought to generate tensional conflict inhibiting the individual’s handling of the apex planet’s principles until it (the reaction planet) is applied to positive self-enlightenment on self-transformative possibilities.

The mystic rectangle consists of two oppositions, each of the ends of both of which is touched by sextile aspect to one end of the other and by trine aspect to its other end. It favours harmonious and effective resolution of the conflicts inherent in the oppositions, and adds insight to relationships.

The hard rectangle consists of two oppositions, each of the ends of both of which throws a semisquare to one end of the other and a sesquisquare to its other end. The impetus to a conscious drive for reconciliation of the conflicts inherent in the oppositions is prodded at non-overtly by subtle additional conflicts thrown in by the semisquares and sesquisquares.

The stellium is strictly not an aspect pattern but a conglomeration of five or more planets in one sign, several of which will typically be in mutual conjunction orb (or all if using whole sign aspects). It intensifies the focus on the sign tenanted by them and converges the energies of all planets involved in an overpowering manner, lending a ‘driven’, narrow-focused, empassioned charisma to the individual, whose nature will be moulded by the general character of the particular planets involved and expressed through the sign filter in the areas of life indicated by their house placement.

Harmonic Charts:

For any circle division factor, n, by which the 360º ecliptic is divided, the resultant base aspect, dº, of n’s series is sometimes known as the base aspect of the nth harmonic.

Harmonic charts are figures spreading out the first dº of the ecliptic over an entire 360º drawn circle, so that there are nº arc of the figure assigned to every 1º arc of the ecliptic; then looping round over the same circle for each successive dº, so completing n revolutions of the drawn circle in representing all 360º of the ecliptic.

On this basis, aspects formed from multiples (including 1) of the base aspect, dº, of the circle division factor n appear on the figure as conjunctions, and are therefore known as nth harmonic conjunctions. Similarly, aspects formed from multiples of (dº/2) form nth harmonic oppositions; aspects formed from multiples of (dº/3) form nth harmonic trines; aspects formed from multiples of (dº/4) form nth harmonic squares; and aspects formed from multiples of (dº/6) form nth harmonic sextiles.

The beauty of the harmonic chart as a device is in its clear visual representation of nth harmonic aspects in the nativity which otherwise would not be readily apparent in the natal figure. It serves as a tool for focusing on the role of a particular harmonic in the life of the subject. Astrologers most often study the fifth, seventh and ninth harmonics. But Uranian astrologers particularly favour the fourth harmonic, and call the fourth harmonic chart the 90º dial.

Time to Read the Useful Information - Light Meditation

Well i know we are in the correct opening of the chakra’s right now but i thought i would give you a little fun meditation to practice.

This is called ball of light meditation.

Ball of Light Meditation

The chakras are located along the spine, but they also extend to the front of our bodies, excluding the crown and the base.

Each of the chakras, the second through the sixth has an opposite chakra in the front of the body along the abdomen. The sixth chakra has three.

The rear sixth chakra located at the occipital in the back of the head, the middle sixth chakra is located between the third eye and the occipital sixth chakra. So where your third eye is on the front of your head, then one in the middle being the pineal gland and finally one at the rear. They are all located in a straight line.

To perform the meditation, visualize a small ball of bright light the size of a ping-pong ball and light up a chakra on your spine with it and pass it to the front chakra directly opposite it and light it up, then pass it back to the chakra on your spine. Keep passing it back and forth to each chakra, then move up or down to the next chakra (whichever one you want to work with).

You can either visualize the ball as the sun coloured light or the color of the chakra you are working with.

You can also connect the crown to the base. The energy center located in the perineum is especially powerful with this. Just pass it up and down.

Now another interesting thing one can do with this is to connect with another person and this greatly enhances telepathy. For example, passing the ball back and forth from their heart chakra to your’s will tell you about the other person’s emotional experiences and character.

To communicate with someone, pass the ball of light from your third eye to their third eye, back and forth.

Now, it is obvious you can, with experience invade others’ privacy and this also includes your own- just something to be aware of if you don’t want anyone in your personal business. In that case, close down your chakras if someone does this against your will. Then do the ‘getting rid of unwanted entities’ meditation i have written. Then open the chakras back up.

Practice with a friend. The more you practice the better you will become.

How To Spot Time Killers: Top Time Management Guidance

We all know time is valuable but, let’s examine the somewhat strange idea of ‘Time Killers’. There are a lot of time killers in this world and what you have to do is identify these time killers, look out for them and stay wary of them. Only then can you put your available time to the maximum possible use.

The killers that I am referring to are quite simple every day things that we see and use in our lives but often do not realize how much of our time they take away.

Some terrible Time Killers:
Telephone calls
Chatter boxes
Traffic jams
Finding parking spaces
Meetings
Bad machinery
Long queues

The list could, of course, go on and on. But before we keep adding to the list, I would like to elaborate on certain of the items mentioned above.

How to handle Time Killers.
Telephone calls.
The funny thing about telephone calls is that these instruments are indeed great time savers. The problem arises when telephones are not used properly. Most people do not understand and even if they do they forget that telephones are not to be used for lengthy conversations. A fundamental of a telephone conversation is that it should be short.

Now coming to mobile phones there is a lot to be said and done. Turn off your cell phone when you are having a conversation or a discussion with more than one person. Often we tend to give more importance to the caller than to the person we were having the discussion with. Again the same rule applies here. Be brief. A mobile phone is to be used to get an important message across to someone who you were not able to reach on the land line.

The next point is about those chatter boxes. Steer clear of such people. Believe me, it is much easier to avoid such people than to tell them to shut up and if you get a telephone call from such a person, use a caller ID facility or ask your secretary to divert the call.

Traffic jams and finding parking spaces.
Any one who has lived in the city for at least a day will know what I am talking about. There is no getting past a traffic jam at the rush hour. And will someone tell me why it is called the rush hour when that is the time when the traffic is the slowest and rush hour seems to last two or three hours!
The only thing you can do is anticipate the traffic jam and leave your home a half hour or one hour early. But that does not really keep the time killer at bay. It just helps you to avoid being late. In this respect you have two options. Either you could find something constructive to do while you wait for the traffic to move along or the traffic light to change or a better option would be to take subway and walk the rest of the way. You can get a long a lot faster on your feet and it is a lot better for your health as well.
By doing so, you can also get rid of the headache of finding a parking space.

Not surprisingly lengthy meetings and discussions can prove to be awful time killers particularly if the meeting does not have a clear agenda and if there are people who love to talk among the group. It has been found that most middle and senior level mangers spend nearly 70% of their work time talking. And in most organizations, parleying has been made into a fine art.

Bad machinery is a time waster. How many of us have wanted to sit and scream and bang the daylights out of a pc that does not give us the required data or information. A computer that takes a long time to start up, a photocopier that gives shamefully faint photocopies, even a leaky faucet or a stubborn drawer or door knob can waste a lot of time and send us up the wall. If you have such equipment or machinery, get it changed at the earliest possible date. It is worth the amount of time and energy that you waste on it every day.

Long queues certainly waste a lot of time. That does not mean that you have to jump the queue. If you can get the job done over the telephone or can reserve your ticket in advance, do it, even if it means a few extra dollars, it is worth the time you may have to spend waiting.

Apart from these each person may have particular time wasters, like for example, a car that refuses to start in the morning, difficult hair that insists on looking like Medusas head on a bad snake day, an elevator that takes for ever to reach your floor. Use your common sense and try to find alternate methods or even better, if you cannot find an alternate method, you could put the time to some use like read your morning paper in the elevator.

Your Chance to Discover Useful Info - Opening the Hand Chakras

Here comes the opening of the hand chakra’s

Opening the Hand Chakras

What this exercise does, when done consistently is to establish an energy circuit within the hand chakras. This energy can be used for healing, opening other chakras, applying energy or enchanting objects.” It also helps with telekinesis (moving objects with one’s mind and pyrokinesis (setting objects on fire using the powers of the mind and aura).

In order to advance with these abilities, a powerful aura is needed to act on the auras of objects.

This exercise should be done at least once a day to get your energy flowing freely through your hand chakras.

1. Sit comfortably and relax. Try to go into a trance as the deeper the trance and level of concentration, the better the results, especially when beginning this exercise. After an energy current within the hand chakras is open and flowing, this can be done anywhere at will.

2. Put your hands facing each other, fingertips almost touching and relaxed. (Your fingers can be slightly bent as in the illustration at the bottom).

3. With the pad of your thumb, press into the palm of each of your hands, right in the hollow part.

5. Now, focus intensly upon your hands, especially your palms. Feel the area you pressed in with your thumb.

6. Keep focusing all of your concentration and begin to feel a warm glow and energy between your palms.

7. Begin to move your hands an inch or two apart slowly and back again to where your fingertips are almost touching. Try to feel the energy between the palms of your hands. The more you practice and the stronger your energy becomes, keep moving your hands in and out, further and further apart until you can feel your energy as far apart as two or more feet.

8. Now, visualize a ball of sun coloured hot fire as in the picture below. Later on, you can use colors. Feel the heat and energy from this ball of fire between your hands. This may feel as a tingling or throbbing. For some people, it may even feel cold. The important thing is to get this energy flowing and to FEEL it.

Now let your arms hang down and relax. Focus on energy flowing down your arms into your hands. This may feel tingly and your lower arms and hands may feel pumped. This is a sign the energy is flowing. Now repeat steps 5-8 above.

9. Do the above exercise 4 times.

This exercise should be done every day for as long as it takes to really open your hand chakras and establish a permanent flow of energy. With the proper practice, you should be able to feel powerful energy between your hands when your hands are more than a foot apart.

Your Chance to Discover Helpful Information - Opening the Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra and Base Chakra

Opening the Solar Plexus Chakra

1. Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight.

2. Relax and go into a meditative state.

3. Place your hands in the solar mudra illustrated at bottom of page.

4. Inhale fully and drop your chin to your chest. Keep your chin gently, but firmly pressed against your chest throughout the entire exhale, only raising your head during the inhale.

5. Vibrate

R-R-R-R-AH-AH-AH-AH-AH

until you are out of breath, concentrating on your solar plexus chakra. Adjust the vibration of the chant so you can feel it in your solar plexus chakra.

6. Repeat 5 times.

7. Now, align your solar chakra point facing up as illustrated at below, by visualizing it. The color of the solar chakra is bright yellow.

Opening the Sacral Chakra

1. Iterlock your hands and fingers. DO NOT fold your thumbs, place them side by side and keep your palms together. Picture below

2. Inhale and fill your lungs.

3. Drop your chin to your chest.

4. Contract your anus.

5. Exhale and chant I-I-N-N-N-N-G-G-G-G-G-G-G-G-G,,,, and concentrate on your second sacral chakra.

6. Align your chakra point facing upwards as illustrated at below.

Repeat the above eight times.

When you are finished, visualize yourself in an orange aura for a few minutes while focusing on feeling your sacral chakra.

The “Ing” Rune represents the creative life force ruled by this chakra. The sacral chakra is the sexual chakra.

Opening the Base Chakra

To open the base chakra, place your hands in the position shown in the photo. Your finger pads should be touching and your thumbs should be touching side by side down to the fleshy part known in palmistry as the “Mount of Venus.” This mudra produces a heat sensation in the hands and stimulates the base chakra. Don’t worry if you cannot feel the heat sensation as this takes sensitivity.

Breathe in and fill your lungs, but not to discomfort and with the exhale, make the s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s sound. The Sigel Rune symbolizes the manifestation of the kundalini serpent and also the creation’ the spark of life. Kundalini is like lightening.

While exhaling with the hissing sound, try to imagine/feel your base chakra as very hot and visualize it about the size of a pea, opening and expanding into a vortex. Spin this vortex. Continue visualizing your chakra lighting up into red/gold and expanding with a bright sun coloured fire, about the size of a 2 pound coin or a silver dollar in diameter and imagine the feeling of it growing hotter as it gets brighter.

The hissing breath should be done seven times.

Align your base chakra point facing upwards as you did with your solar and sacral chakras.

2) Use Good Telephone Habits: Set a time limit for each telephone call and make sure you tell your caller. That way you save yourself lots of stress from trying to end the telephone call. This will also want you to hear. This one sounds meticulous but is a major saver.

3) Use Waiting Time: The next time you visit your dentist, or while waiting for your dinner to cook, use the time to catch up on reading or planning. When that is done use, the time to sort, tidy or just think.

4) Give Thanks: The next time someone helps you out with something, be sure to offer thanks. This can be to a subordinate, co-worker or to a member of the family for any effort you have noticed. They will be happy to help you again, next time you need them.

5) Do it Now! Do not allow for the luxury of procrastination. If you do, this will only stress you out when you think about that hateful “to do” item on your list. You will end up blowing your “to do” list right out of proportion and it will become almost impossible to accomplish. Start by tackling the largest or most disliked job first, dividing it up into manageable tasks. At this stage, the other jobs will be a breeze!

6) Administrate Chores: Delegate those tasks that you have no time for or team up with someone who can help you the most.

7) Make a Group Effort: Save time and footwork by collecting everything to bring with you to complete errands or to distribute in each room of the house instead of making too many trips. Make a fast list while planning out your route and be sure to plan each stop along the way so you do not have to backtrack and lose time.

8) Schedule in Some Me Time! Make the time just for YOU. Allocate some time in your agenda and even make an appointment for yourself and keep it, even if it’s only a leisurely 30 minute bubble bath or a 40 minute walk in the fresh spring air!

9) Make More Space: Go through your entire file system and then throw out any old unneeded files to free up space in your filing system.

10) Deal with it Only Once: Handle each letter and each piece of paper only once. Read it and file it, redirect it to somewhere else, schedule it in your day planner or throw it out. Do not add it to a never-ending pile on your desk in the hope that you will get to it eventually. You WILL NOT!

11) Be your own Post-Master: Use those handy sticky notes to write errands needing to be done. Stick them to your front door or your fridge, to remind you as you are headed out. These work great!

12) Be your own Systems Engineer: You simply find there is too much time wasted every day on searching for things. Find a new system that works for you and your lifestyle and then apply it to absolutely everything! Use it like clockwork and you will find new time slots you never thought existed!

Your Chance to Find Out Useful Information - Meditation Training Basics

This is a basic start and may seem boring to some but it is a necessary start.

Ok, well we will start with the most important lesson of all PROTECTION. But to properly learn protection we must learn how to breath.

For those who have some knowledge I want you to forget what you have learnt as this is possibly disinformation used to enslave your souls.

Lesson 1

The breath,

Lets start with a little intro. The tarot deck starts with the Fool, the rest of the cards symbolise his journey through to enlightenment.

The Fool is often holding a flute and this symbolises the mastery of the breath. This is the first lesson to achieve enlightenment.

Technique 1:

Inhale slowly through your nose, visualise and imagine energy being drawn in to your base chakra (the bottom of your spine, the tail ) and with this inhale, draw up that energy through the 7 chakra’s to the crown charka illuminating each one. (just imagine this, in time you will be able to see without having to imagine it) Do not worry about the colours you can just use each chakra as the colour of the sun as this is purifying and empowering the charka unblocking any negativity.

Where the chakra’s are on the human body? From the bottom up is, the base chakra, reproductive area, the stomach, the heart, the throat, the 3rd eye and then the crown chakra.

2. Hold for a count of four for new people, a count of ten and for advanced meditators. This should be the same count throughout the meditation.

3. Exhale slowly through your nose and visualize and focus upon energy being drawn into your crown chakra and with the exhale, direct this energy back down through all of your chakras to the base, illuminating each one.

Technique 2

THE BREATH OF FIRE, known as “Kapalabhati” (purification of the nasal passage and lungs)

1. Contract your abdominal muscles, forcefully, creating an exhale (don’t hold your breath), by sucking your stomach in real hard and fast. Immediately relax and air will enter the top part of your lungs by itself. Use the rapid contractions of your abdominal muscles to inhale and exhale with this exercise. The contractions should be rhythmic.

2. Practice a few times, and get a feel for it.

3. Do 20 in a row, in and out, using your abdominal muscles in rapid succession at the end of the 20th breath, exhale, inhale and fill your lungs, contract your anus, lower your chin to your chest, hold your breath as long as you comfortably can - DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF!

4. Exhale slowly.

The above constitutes one round. The exhalation should be brief, and the inhalation should be passive and longer. Rounds are increased by adding the number of pumps with your abdominal muscles. First, try doing three sets of 20 pumps and then after some time, increase to 30, then 40 until you are doing 60.

What this breathing exercise does:

1. It increases the amount of oxygen in the body

2. It increases the amount of heat - alchemists in the Gothic and medieval times were referred to as “puffers” and the bellows by the fireplace in alchemy paintings was symbolic of this exercise.

Do these excises at least twice a day.

I now need to brief you up on aura’s for the next part of the training so I will explain the aura in layman terms then get onto the exercises for protection.

Everything has an aura, whether it is living or inanimate. The aura is an energy field created by the vibrating atoms and molecules that comprise all matter. The universe itself vibrates to a certain frequency and the gravity that holds everything together is electromagnetic in nature. Everyone’s aura is as unique as his or her own fingerprints. No two auras are alike. The aura can be used to protect, attract, influence, maim, or even kill. This field of bioelectricity surrounding living things can be programmed using the power of one’s mind.

Those who are trained and have an active third eye can see auras clearly and discern much personal information just by reading the colour, strength, size and shape of one’s aura. I will teach you to see and read aura’s later.

To strengthen and build your aura, you must take in energy. This can be done through power meditation. The Energy Meditation is excellent for charging up your aura.

Hatha (physical) Yoga and Tai Chi also help to strengthen and build the aura. Both of these disciplines tend to balance the auric energies as well.

Cleaning your aura is very important. A clean healthy aura strengthens the immune system and prevents harmful energies from invading one’s body. Nearly all harmful entities are invisible to the naked eye. Energies, as most physicists know, can be broken down into sub-atomic particles, for example, light can be broken down into photons. The energy radiated by a powerful aura will burn these harmful energies and entities up before they can do any harm. A powerful aura gives health, happiness, charisma, and energy. People with weak auras are usually in poor health and are depressed. Our personal energies act on our environments and direct our fate. People who have weak auras are usually prone to misfortune.

Lesson 2

Programming ones aura.

Start by shutting your eyes and breath in the colour of the sun. (If you have trouble imagining the colour of the sun please use electric blue instead)

With the inhale breathe let the colour meet in the middle of your body, packing it in brighter and brighter. With the exhale, keep expanding it. The energy should grow brighter and brighter.

Affirm: My aura is very powerful and is protecting me at all times. Always affirm as ‘in the now’. Eg: do not say ‘my aura will be’ as that is not in the now and all you are asking is that you will be… but when. Its all about the now.

This a good exercise to be done on a regular basis, for building a strong, protective energy field.

For health,

A lot of energy is needed for healing. Breathing in energy from the Sun is excellent for empowering one’s aura. The Sun also contains all of the colours of the chakra’s in their most pure and vibrant states. The Sun is one of the most powerful sources of energy there is. When one is ill, there is an imbalance in the chakras ruling over the body part/s that are injured or ill. To heal, you must work breath in the colour of the sun into the appropriate chakra.

Breathe in the colour of the sun into the ruling charka (if the problem is lungs the closest charka would be the heart) and affirm:

”I am breathing in __(name of color)__ energy that is balancing my __chakra__ and healing my_______.

Do this 4 times.

The auras of others can also be worked with and programmed.

Healing others:

Visualize a powerful white-gold (colour of the sun) aura surrounding and glowing about the loved one.

Affirm: I am putting powerful healing energy into ______’s aura; this energy is effectively fighting the _______ and restoring him/her to perfect health. In cases of serious illness, this may have to be done often every day. Healing others can be extremely draining. If you are inexperienced, remote healing is best.

From reading the above, you should by now be getting the idea and able to improvise your own affirmations.

The true colours you can use for protection are ONLY THESE.

1: Electric blue

2: The colour of the sun.

Please only use these colours for protection, You may have heard of use a bright white light, this was invented by the enemy to pinpoint people and steal energy. Do NOT use white.

I know this may sound incredibly boring for some but we have to start from the beginning. What I have just written is very basic so everyone from all levels can start. We will be getting to some very exciting training later on. This will include, Levitation, Telekinesis, Mind reading, becoming clairvoyant/audient to name but a few.

Do these excises at least twice a day.

P.S. Read more about Merkaba meditation, emotional freedom technique training and emotional freedom therapy in the quoted publications.

Integrity Before Success!

If you are going to be successful on the internet or any home business as far as that is concerned, then, integrity must come before your financial success. Many people are financially successful on the internet, but some have forgotten the meaning of true success.

As Jim Rohn (One of the all time favorite motivational speakers) says, quite often, it is far more important of who you are becoming, then, what you are earning. Jim even goes so far as to say that you should work toward becoming a millionaire, not for the money, but because of who you will become in achieving the goal.

The stress is on becoming a better person. A person who has integrity. Integrity is being able to be counted on, to be depended upon, if you say that you are going to provide a service or product for a certain amount of money, then you do it. You are looking out for your customers, as well as yourself.

In most cases your reputation will precede you! You may think that no one is discovering your flawed business manners, but actually, the word is spreading and on the net, it spreads quite rapidly. Visit Keynote Speaker for more information

One of the universal laws of success is that financial success follows hard work with honesty. In other words, “help enough people get what they want and you will find that you receive what you want.” However, if you are just looking out for you, you are only hurting yourself in the long run. Wouldn’t the internet be so much better if we were all watching out for each other?

One important lesson I have learned when it comes to making a sale is that people buy from those whom they trust. If they trust you they will buy from you. If your integrity is guiding you as you make your presentation to others it will come across to your potential buyer. You are more likely to make that sell with your integrity guiding you, then, any other aspect in your presentation. Visit Motivational Speaker for more information

It does not matter how well you intellectually present your service or product, if they detect flaws in your character you might as well close up your brief case and go home.

Perhaps, even of a greater reward for being a man or women of integrity is that you will sleep better at night just knowing you did your best to sincerely help others achieve their dreams. What can be more rewarding, then, to help others reach their goals?

If you have children, perhaps, that would be the ultimate reason to permit integrity to lead you. Your children will have someone that they can be proud of and more importantly someone whom they can trust! Visit Speaker
